At The PTC, through their gym, The Training Room, they specialise in training, nutrition, and accountability, along with injury rehabilitation. Members of the elite PTC team have helped British Military personnelle and professional footballers, amongst others, recover from injury, both physically and mentally. They work with a lot of people who are in the process of coming back to an active lifestyle after a prolonged break and focus on mental rehabilitation (positive mindset) as well as physical recovery.
