James Raley

James is a former British Army Officer and adventurist, most recently rowing 5,000km across the Atlantic Ocean. After leaving the Army, James moved to the UAE to support the Government's leadership agenda. His career has focused on taking leaders and teams out of their comfort zones. James has summited Mt Kilimanjaro, completed triathlons, worked with lions, chimpanzees and manta rays, and dived with sharks amongst other feats of endurance and adventure!
