Sam Harvey
Former Competitive Sprinter, Entrepreneur & Performance Coach
A former competitive 100m sprinter who calls New Zealand home, Sam has led corporate, SME and Startup businesses around the globe for over 20 years.
Starting in New York City, then moving to the Caribbean, London, and now Dubai, Sam has led teams of up to 150 across the Manufacturing, Hospitality, Media and Tech sectors.
This background has led to a fascination with Human and Team performance, which Sam formally began to study with a Diploma in Sports Performance alongside his competitive sprinting.
Sam followed up his Diploma with a Post Graduate study in Business Administration before focussing on an MSc in Coaching and Behaviour Change along with study in Team, Board and Systemic Coaching at Henley Business School, followed by post-graduate study in Organisational Leadership and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy at the University of Oxford.
Sam now leads a team performance coaches where he works with CEOs of high-growth tech companies to build them a connected, high-functioning leadership team.
His mission is to show the power of vulnerability to connect, allowing everyone to experience the joy of being in a great team.
